Sorry for posting asking this. 

Is there a way to recover the photos from the server? 

I have subscribed to the creator cloud as well but all the photos I had saved in the Sony playmemories online seam to be lost. 

Like the photos from my son's birth which I really wish to recover. That where taken from my Z3 compact at the time and uploaded to playmemories online. 

Please can someone help?
