Just installed and paired with my phone ok.

Incoming calls fine. Problem trying to phone out. I get to phonebook, select a name but it doesn't show a number if I turn the dial and if I press on the name I just get error. All contacts are there, but doesn't seem to have the numbers. I have a Android Motog4.

Any advice appreciated.

Hi Glynne,

I found in the manual that only in the history calls, you can rotate the dial to choose between the name or phone number. You can find it on page 14 in the manual link here. I'd say this could only be possible from the history based on the manual. Are you able to find the numbers in the history calls?
