1000xm3 noise cancelling dropping out on bus

Hi there,

I just got myself a set of 1000xm3's and love them. I have had one issue though that was quite annoying. 

While on a bus going over bumpy roads the noise cancelling would drop out for about half a second creating a "cracking" sound. Has anyone had a similar issue?
