Buongiorno,
ho riscontrato il problema 62:10 e dopo aver fatto la procedura che spesso viene consigliata è andato via questo errore, ma una volta scattata la foto ed essere andato sul menù foto per visualizzarla mi appare l'errore Impossibile visualizzare.
Posso vedere le foto precedenti e il contatore foto va avanti, ma quelle in nuove mi appare l'errore :
Come posso risolvere?

1) The error E:62:10 is a very well known and recurring problem that happens a lot with Sony camera's. Error messages can be found at https://www.sony.com.au/electronics/support/articles/00008857. E:62:10 is a generic error of the stabilizer. All users experience the same process : after less than 3 years of use the stabilizer breaks down, making it impossible to take sharp pictures, and displaying the dreaded E:62:10 error message. For me it is a hidden defect or a problem of programmed obsolescence which Sony refuses to follow up despite the many complaints and all the documentation of the problem on the Internet.

2) The message "Cannot display" is shown when there is a de-synchronization between the internal database stored on the SD card and the files on the SD card.
This can happen if you delete manually the files from a PC on the SD card without using the menu of the camera.
Be sure that all pictures have been transferred to the PC, then reformat the SD card on a PC, and then the problem should be solved.

Per me è un difetto nascosto o un problema di obsolescenza programmata che Sony rifiuta di dare seguito nonostante le numerose lamentele e tutta la documentazione del problema su Internet.
Se la tua fotocamera è ancora in garanzia, riparala o sostituiscila il prima possibile.
Altrimenti, ti consiglio di prendere contatto con i servizi di supporto e di tenerci aggiornati sull'evoluzione del tuo caso.
2) Il messaggio "Impossibile visualizzare" viene visualizzato quando c'è una desincronizzazione tra il database interno memorizzato sulla scheda SD e i file sulla scheda SD.
Questo può accadere se si cancellano manualmente i file da un PC sulla scheda SD senza utilizzare il menu della fotocamera.
Assicurarsi che tutte le immagini siano state trasferite sul PC, quindi riformattare la scheda SD su un PC, e quindi il problema dovrebbe essere risolto.
