Shadow trace of previous screen underneath current one: normal?

Hi, as per question, I received my PRS-650 touch edition earlier and find that I can see the trace or shadow of the previous screen shining through underneath the current one (it's faint but I can actually read text that shines through on the white parts of the new page), it looks pretty much as is sometimes the case with double-sided paper copies.

Is this normal???

I must say I have never seen this and would think it is not normal, please try a hard reset and if still the same have the unit inspected

•To conduct a hard reset, select Device Shutdown (from the “Settings” menu)

•Slide the POWER switch on and simultaneously push "(<) Previous" and "(  ) Size" buttons at the same time. •Reader will restart automatically  Continue to hold the 2 buttons until the “Reset All” screen appears.

•Press OPTIONS to reset to Factory default settings by removing all content OR

•Press (  ) Home button to reset to Factory default settings and keep all existing content
