Does the PRS-650 have text to speech

The Kindle 2 and Kindle 3 has a really great text to speech feature that can read a book to you using a computer voice. Does the 650 or any other Reader model have this feature, please?

The PRS-650 specs states that you can plug in your headphones and listen to music as you read but 'text to speech' technology is not available on any of the Sony readers..
