once i had 1 TB  external hard disc  which was corrupted when i did not ejected properly so now whats my doubt is that should i eject  properly my sony xperia E every time i connect to pc because one techno guy said that we dont have to eject it like pen drives is it true please suggest thanks in advance

However disconnect your phone only when you're not transferring any data.
