cannot access 'Bulb' in manual mode.

Hello, Please can you help?!

I am taking astro photos and need to use the bulb feature on my RX10m3.  I have followed all the instructions on sonys website on how to do this but my camera simply will not go into 'bulb' on Manual mode.  I have checked that settings will not prevent this according to sonys site but nothing helps!

I solved this!  I had 'electronic shutter' selected.  Changing this to mechanical worked.
