hello I am looking at a 64gb micro SD card 80mbps - would it work OK in my Sony HDR CX240 ? thanks - I wont be fiming at the very top high quality setting, the next one down i will be
according to the specsheet the bitrate (data rate) on the camcorder during a recording in the best possible quality is 28Mbit/s (3,5MB/s) so a 80MB/s writespeed card is roughly 22 as fast as needed.
I personally don't see any reason why the card you choose wouldn't work.
