hdr-cx11e camcorder whats the max memory size

Hi i have the sony hdr-cx11e camcorder i have been useing 4GB sony produo mark2 ok just purchased an 8GB sony produo mark2 & keep getting error message come up that the memory card may not be able to store images or play & record correctly well it works fine only trouble is the dam message that comes up lasts about 8secs so its annoying & its every time you make a selection or press play or pause ect is there any firmware update or any known way to solve this regards mick

Go to your menu in your camcorder and turn the display to off under Memory section.
