DCR-SR300 get fuzzy blured after a few minutes

I have a DCR-SR300 handycam.
It’s normal when i turn it on but after about 10 minutes its picture get blured and fuzzy and records will be too bad
and makes a sound like something is vibrating in it. What should i do?
