My flashlight icon disappeared

My flashlight icon disappears and appears by it self from the active quick settings bar although I did added it and never removed the list

Not the same situation, @samaa can see the icon but it's gone after a while.

Uliwooly, i mean situation that icon gone from the same place 😉 Thanks, other solved problem. I though just i can't see this icon, but looks like this is Sony missed in software this icon or special did not 😉

The flashlight icon appeared it last for 1 day and disappeared again

Same flashlight issue.

Weird. I can add it in the edit menu, but when I'm done, the flashlight icon is missing. If I go back to edit it's there.

Every other combination of icons work. But no matter what combo, when you add flashlight, it won't be there after you close the editor.
