You view catch up tv app

How do I completely Uninstaller the you view catch up tv app so I can use my HDD. all I seem to be able to do is disable it

YouView/Catchup cannot be completely uninstalled, but you only need to disable it to use HDD recording.

This still doesn't work. I've tried every thing. Could it be an HDD
problem?
