XBR850E 75'' displaying lines only when streaming, not during menu

Hi, can someone think of a solution to the following problem? Whenever I stream with ANY app I get the lines in the 2nd photo, but if I move around the menu I'm good.

I've tried restarting the TV, resetting to factory default, updating to latest Android version, clearing cache, unplugging for 2 minutes, etc. I don't know what else to do.

BTW across ALL streaming apps the lines are always in the same place
