KD-55X9000H – Firmware v6.2556
I recently updated my X9000H and everything is working fine overall. However, occasionally the Input menu becomes unresponsive. When this happens, selecting any input does not switch or display on the screen.
The workaround is simple but annoying:
Disconnect all connected HDMI devices
Power off the TV using the physical button
Unplug the TV for a few seconds, then plug it back in
Anyone facing this issue?
