Hi all
I bought a Sony XR65A84KU back in March 2022 and recently, when I am watching apps, doesn’t matter if it’s Disney+, YouTube, Netflix or even Live TV, the TV randomly closes the app and returns to the Home Screen. Doesn’t happen all the time, just mainly when we are engrossed in a film or something.
Is there anyone who is experiencing the same or a remedy to stop it happening please?
Everything is on the latest Firmware.
