Tv stuck on loading screen 49x8309c

My tv seems to be stuck on the loading screen, I've tried plugging the tv in with the volume- and standby buttons pressed then I get a green led but it just turns off after that

Any help would be appreciated

Please disable your network/router and try again afterwards.

If it still fails please get in touch with Sony customer support.

Thanks but turning the internet off didn't work so I have contacted support and someone is coming to look at ther tv

The tv engineer has told me he needs to replace the main board in the tv, hes got it on order and said he'll arrange a visit to replace it

I'll let you know how he gets on when hes been
