Sync issues

New 49inch x83, bought tv on Sat, update been done, and factory reset tonight as has sync issue on YouTube, freeview seems fine, also the tv will not turn off sometimes when using the remote needing a long press to turn off. Anyonevelse have light bleed issues with this tv, if so was it replaced by Sony?

In regards to sync issues, are you referring to lip-sync?

I have nomidea on your other problems im afraid.  If the light bleed is really bad, contact the retailer and get them to exchange the tv.
