Sony KD55A8BU YouView - Programmes stop at end of ad breaks on ITV hub

Problems watching programmes on ITV hub through the You View app. (SONY Bravia 55inch OLED)

Programmes run fine until ad break then sometimes (not always) fail to resume the programme at end of the ad break ? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any resolutions?

You can fix this by pressing Help - Privacy settings - tick all the boxes - Save. The restart the TV.
