HDMI 1 is connected to a Facebook Portal camera, HDMI 2 is connected to a Panasonic DVD Recorder. When they were first connected both could be operated from the TV remote & a tool bar appeared when pressing I+ including a button to switch on the selected device. Each device was setup in Bravia Sync External devices (& a picture appeared briefly to confirm connection). After a week they suddenly stopped working through the TV remote but still operate normally through their respective remotes. When checking in Bravia Sync it is now displaying no HDMI devices connected even though they still appear against their designated names. If they had never worked at all I would have accepted that the devices weren't compatible with Bravia Sync but they worked fine for a week so I'm wondering if there is a fault somewhere. Any thoughts would be appreciated

Here's what I'd do:
1- Disable Bravia Sync on the TV
2- Disable Control for HDMI (the equivalent feature) on each of the connected devices
3- Unplug all from the mains
4- Reverse step 1
5- Reverse step 2

Many thanks - all working ok now
