Now TV pass

Just bought the HX91 today and was told I'd get a sky sports now TV pass but haven't received an email or anything? Do I have to wait a few days or do I need to contact customer support? I've registered my TV and all that.

Did you register it through the Sony Bonus Offer app on the TV itself? In case you haven't, you can find everything you need to know in the "Terms and Conditions" section at the bottom of this page.

If you already have, you should definitely reach out to Sony support.

I did that. I've been speaking with Support but I'm having a horrible time with them. I've decided I don't even want the pass now and just chalk it off to bad customer service.
