My Sony tv wired Ethernet is not working.

Oreo update done on KD-65XE9005 and since this update the tv keeps stating ‘Ethernet is not connected’ and I can not use tv as for you tube Netflix etc. 

I have tried a soft soft reset and it doesn’t work. 

can anybody assist? Thanks

Ye, thanks for the tips guys, time was the issue for me as well. Set it to Network time and all good. Mine never seemed to drop connection but just always said no Ethernet connection and would not play You Tube, everything else was fine. KD-55XF9005

Very odd issue, because even though it said ethernet not connected, if you run a network test from the TV it passes with flying colours. Another odd thing for me was that Netflix was actually working, but no other apps were
