Mouse and keyboard not working with Amazon Prime Video app

HI all, I have a kd-55xd7005 with the latest software update V6.7140. (I found nothing here in the faq's).

Whilst the blue tooth keyboard and mouse work correctly with the TV itself, they do not work with Prime video, though the mouse pointer appears on screen in the prime app there is no response. (you-tube works OK).

I guess this is a problem with the amazon app rather than the TV unless I am missing something in setup.

Has anybody found a solution or workaround.

If one app works but the other doesn't, then it's logical to assume it's the app's fault so I agree with you.

That said, maybe it does support mouse and keyboard just not BT ones, have you tried using physical/USB ones instead?
