Hello I have a problem with the sony KD-65XD7505, so I can not make a list of FAVORITE programs, I do, but after I stop and restart the TV that list disappears, what is the problem?

and by the way ..... I have the last update

Here’s the official Sony advice on how to make, save, and retrieve Favorite channels:-

If you do do this and you still can’t find them favourited afterwards, then soft reset the TV by pressing the On/Standby button on the remote for just over five seconds, and then try again.

If still no go, you will have to try a Factory Reset.

Buna, multumesc pentru idei, dar in nici un caz lista FAVORITES nu ramane, ***** ce am pornit televizorul si am repornit nu am lista ...... sa fie din cauza cardului SMART CI, te intreb pentru că am auzit că vânzătorul de televiziune are probleme cu cardurile care sunt pe antena de satelit nu prin fibră optică .... deci ar putea fi o problemă sau doar televizorul?
