Trying to register new t.v. I have entered the model no. but unable to go any further.

I have checked the listings on the drop down menu and it is not listed.

As far as i can tell, the correct fashion to enter your TV model is KD-43XF7093 as this is how it shows on the support web page. Also, i just checked and there is an option called "Can't find your product? Search by Category." you can use it to search for your TV in the list.
