Audio Description

My Sony Bravia has recently started to add Audio Description to several programmes on various channels. I don't want it. How do I stop it?

Thanks for your help been trying different things all day. Just realised to turn off the audio description I needed to use my sky q remote not Sony tv remote. No wonder I couldn’t find anything helpful in the setting menu.
