wie kann ich außer den vorgegebenen APPs noch zusätzliche Apps wie zB.: Googel-Chrom herunterladen.

Oder Play-Store.

Dein TV ist kein Android TV. Was du vor hast, wird also nicht funktionieren. Hol dir eine externe Box...
