Android tv

Subtittles appear when I change channels on my KD-49XF7596 TV and I have to turn them off every time.

I have tried to disable subtittles but cannot find a way.

I have tried factory reset and it did not solve it.

Can anyone help me with this problem

Home -> Settings-> Accessibility -> Subtitle-> Display -> Off.
