Android apps have no sound and images stagger tv and Netflix ok though ,any help

Have you tried clearing the cache (Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) and restarting the TV (holding the power button)?

PS: I'm assuming you have the latest software version (Pie).
