Windows11 acknowledges camera but cannot use either movie or jpeg data via USB. Imaging Edge works perfectly well but whereas I used to use the camera for Zoom. Zoom can no longer find the camera. Smart phone connects instantly and allows download of pictures. Why not my Sony Camera?
