The camera will not reinstall the firmware because it already has the latest firmware on it. The issue is that the camera has Auto-Focusing problems which can only be fixed by reinstalling the firmware a second time. I have learnt from other users online that when their camera was sent back to the manufacturers under warranty, as a last resort they reinstalled the firmware and found that it fixed it. I have no warranty on mine and want to be able to reinstall it myself.
Does anyone know how to make it reinstall the 1.20 firmware?
