How to set-up existing SIP account on Xperia 1 V?

In menu Phone/three dots/Settings/Phone accounts there isnt possibility to do it.

In older models there was option Phone/Phone accounts/SIP accounts/Add (+).

How to solve that riddle?

Google should have abandoned the possibility of adding SIP Accounts from Android 12 but as far as the Google Dealer is concerned, you can try replacing it.
