Errore 2200 Sony UWA BR100 su tv KDL 37EX720

Buongiorno, possiedo un televisore modello KDL 37EX720

Ho acquistato la pennetta wifi Sony UWA BR100, la configurazione alla rete l'ho fatta tutta in automatico, risulta correttamente configurata e collegata.

Ma se provo a scaricare contenuti internet mi da errore 2200. Ho già spento e riacceso il router, e rifatto la procedura ma niente.

Cosa consigliate? Ripristino il televisore alle impostazioni di fabbrica?

Vanno impostati manualmente i DNS?

Per questo errore (2200) prova un semplice Reset del Router.

Per escludere completamente la tua rete domestica dovresti provare, se ne hai possibilità, creando una rete tramite uno smartphone/tablet e collegandovi il TV.

La rete funziona a perfezione in quanto ci sono collegati già altri dispositivi tra i quali smartphone e tablet.

Questo errore 2200 ho letto che lo hanno lamentato in molti a dire il vero....

La rete funziona a dovere con quei dispositivi, ma possono esserci problemi con il TV ed il suo adattatore Wireless, magari problemi di protezione.

Il mio suggerimento è mirato ad escluderla completamente in quanto l'errore dovrà presentarsi anche in "abbinamento" ad una rete differento, non sei ovviamente obbligato a tentare.

L'errore 2200 in Community, e non, viene trattato come "necessità di un Reset del Router".

Senza poter provare altro temo che possano esserci poche soluzioni.

Collegare il TV ad un'altra rete, considerando che non lo sposterai l'unica è crearne una tramite uno smartphone oppure un tablet, i dispositivi Android hanno una funzione chiamata Tethering mentre negli iOS si chiama Hotspot personale.

Ovviamente poi dipende dai dispositivi in possesso e, alcune volte, dal gestore.

Solo un tentativo per capire se l'errore si presenta anche collegandolo ad una rete differente.

Ho fatto come mi hai detto, ho attivato il tethering sul mio smartphone android e mi ci sono collegato tramite il televisore.

Si configura correttamente ma poi mi da errore 2200

La pennetta ovviamente ha un suo indirizzo ip, ho fatto un ping e c'è risposta, quindi non capisco perchè non debba navigare...

Ho collegato il televisore con un cavo di rete al router, ma l'errore esce sempre.

Che possa dipendere dal router?

Il tethering l'ho fatto correttamente, l'ho attivato sul cellulare e mi ci sono collegato dalla pennetta. Come al solito, la configurazione viene effettuata senza problemi ma poi non va la rete. I contenuti non li scarica...

ora con il cavo di rete mi da errore 2103.

Volevo fare l'aggiornamento del firmware ma niente

Prova l'ultimo suggerimento che da la faq sony...

Repeat the Network Setup function.

NOTE: The Internet connection is checked during the Network Setup process. Additionally, any issues with old or inaccurate IP addresses will be resolved.

Change the Default Domain Name Server (DNS) to a Public DNS.

Using the supplied remote, press the Home button.
Select Settings.
Select Network.
Press the Enter button.
Select Network Settings.
Select Wired/Wireless Setup.
Select Custom or Enter Manually.
Enter the IP Address.

NOTE: The IP (Internet Protocol) address is provided by the router and can be located using a computer. Refer to the manual supplied with the router or contact the router manufacturer for additional information.

Enter either of the following Public DNS numbers: 4.2.2.2 or 8.8.8.8

NOTE: Using Public DNS can often improve Internet routing speeds and help resolve this issue. However, you may still want to write down your Default DNS for reference later.

Ho rifatto la procedura per collegare la pennetta wireless

Alla fine mi dice

dispositivo wireless su tv = trovato

accesso locale = OK

accesso a internet = OK

Allora

Andando a modificare il tutto manualmente, l'indirizzo ip già c'è. La subnet mask anche.

Gateway predefinito e dns primario sono gli stessi, cambio solo dns primario?

e gli do 4.2.2.2 se non va gli do 8.8.8.8

il gateway anche devo cambiare?

Scusa se non ti ho suggerito io stesso l'aggiornamento, solitamente lo chiedo subito ma questa volta non l'ho fatto. Forse pensavo che, considerando "l'età del TV", aggiornato già lo fosse (comunque doveva venirmi in mente come solito).

Di gratis temo poco/nulla se non trailers.
