    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry if this has been covered but done search and couldnt see anything pertinent.&amp;nbsp; Having problems with sound when streaming TV.&amp;nbsp; Backgorund and special effect noise are really loud but dialogue is extremely faint and muted, as if listening through a wall!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas on sound level settings and how I set them.&amp;nbsp; I'm not real good on PC's so feel free to answer at dummy level please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have an all-in-one sony vaio VPCL13M1 about 9 months old.&amp;nbsp; Was OK initially but settings seem to be messed up now since installing skype.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope someone can help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
