Vaio + Vista; ADJUST BRIGHTNESS

Hi,

I've installed my copy of Vista Home Premium, and I can not adjust the brightness. I've downloaded every driver / utility from this link, but no. I can adjust the sound via the hotkeys, but NOT BRIGHTNESS! I really need this, as I've bought a really expensive copy of Vista today.

I've got a Sony Vaio N19VP/B-model.

Hi,

I solved the problem! I just had to update the BIOS Now even the annyoing magnifying function works. He, he.

Yeah, I bought it. The notebook was just "Vista Capable", so I had to upgrade to 1GB of RAM. Vista runs perfectly now.

Anybody that knows exactly which file to download for the brightness-function to work*?
