    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;PRE __jive_macro_name="quote" class="jive_text_macro jive_macro_quote"&gt;My computer is full of stuff, and i would like to erase everything in my computer... format my computer how can i do that??? i have a vaio vgn-fe31h. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Well hello there, seems the stuff is not that important to you, but u juss might want to back up some of that, anyway if you did create your restore discs sweet , but if you did not first you have to create your restore discs, you are gon need them if you're gon wipe out your pc clean to factory state.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have the discs, make sure you have disc one of the lot in the drive when you start your pc &amp;amp; when it asks you if you want to boot from the disc, just hit any key, follow the instructions &amp;amp; you should be fine from then on..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.it/html/@4D7C97FD8435BC5F6F42C999D01DAE43/images/smilies/026.png" alt=":cool:" title=":cool:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
