Bluetooth mouse sticking

After registering on this site I tried phoning Sony about my problem, but the automated line said they couldn't find my serial number in the database... thank you for your call *LINE DEAD*!

This has p!ssed me off as much as the problem itself!

Anway, I purchased a bluetooth keyboard and mouse with my Sony Vaio, but gave up on the mouse as it sticks for a few seconds at a time when the computer is busy, namely send/receive email on Outlook. I used a USB mouse, but it has now expired so I am forced to use the bluetooth one, and in any case I belive the mouse should work properly.

Any suggestions to stop my mouse sticking when Outlook is sending/receiving? Other than not using Outlook that is.

Took me a while to find my post BECAUSE UNBELIEVABLY THE SEARCH FUNCTION ON THIS FORUM DOES NOT WORK!

Anyway, given that the telephone support gets me nowhere because the automated line does not recognise my serial number and just cuts me off, I was hoping to get an answer here.

Short of firing my jerky bluetooth mouse against the wall and buying a USB mouse, does anyone have any suggestions?

Ok, I give up. I'm off to buy a USB mouse and fire the jerky wireless vaio mouse in the bin.

Note to self: never buy a vaio product again as the support is NIL.
