    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi skipped and welcome to Club Vaio.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have a look in 'Scheduled Tasks' and disable any reference to "MCVSurvey" and "MCVLaunch".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you can't find these Tasks or they are not there, you will have to remove the references from the Registry.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Start -&amp;gt; type in REGEDIT in the search and open it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Navigate to the two following Registry Keys and delete all entries for MCVSurvey and MCVLaunch: -&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Schedule\TaskCache\Tasks&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;and&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Schedule\TaskCache\Tree&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.it/html/@0248C33DDCF34AA61B8F8F33F5AFA5BE/images/smilies/013.png" alt=":wink:" title=":wink:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Altough I have completed the registration of my laptop, and that I have also completed the feedback survey every day I get a pop up asking me to do it?!
