      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi voyocks,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;have you turned scrolling off..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your set-up may be slightly different but this may help you to check..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Click on Start, then click on Control Panel.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In control Panel select Mouse.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the Mouse Properties window select the Function tab.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is Use Scrolling Function enabled.?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
