iTunes Library Keeps getting Deleted

Ive had a sony vaio laptop for well over a year now, and been very happy with it. However, in the last few months my itunes library has been repeatedly deleted from my itunes. After googling the problem i found the sony vaio may be the problem because of a software clash.

I couldnt find a definite fix for this.

If i could get rid of any sony software that is doing this, does anyone know what to uninstall, i dont want to delete things if i dont have to.

Ive tried looking at other threads, some suggested changing the name of the music folder, but it has made no difference.

I wanted to call sony but they are closed for the evening, thought i might try on here.

Haven't heard of this problem for a while, could you let us know what model vaio you have please.?

Depending on your vaio model there may be 3 VAIO Entertainment Platform Updates, available on the Vaio Support update site, that may help with the iTunes problem..
