Apart from useless and also expensive calling on their support spending around 50 pounds and resolving nothing, they even don't bother to respond my e-mails sent to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-email-small" href="mailto:customerscustomer.service.gb@shop.sony-europe.com"&gt;customerscustomer.service.gb@shop.sony-europe.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. Could you provide such e-mail, for which I can get a response from Sonystyle, or they just don't care at all about customer support and never reply to people buying their notebooks?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
