Hi, friends, could anyone help me with the webcam?

I am using VGN-SR29, vista system. The webcam worked before, but frequently have a connection problem, which had to be resolved by restarting system. But recently, it stopped working completely when I tried to use that in skype. The computer before could recognize USB connection or Bluetooth, two options, but now only the Bluetooth, not the USB. I haven't installed any software recently, and no error message.

Thank you so much if you have similar experience and can give me some advice.

Have you installed the Camera Firmware Updater - 3422? It is not for this particular problem but may help. It is available at the bottom of the downloads page for your model here: -

Do you have Arcsoft Webcam Companion installed? Whan happens when you open it?
