I don't know. It seems to work better if I quit chrome and start fresh, which would hint it's got to do with the computer being overloaded, however I only have 1.5 download speed and 0.3 upload speed.

Thanks for the reply.

Just bought a vaio VPCEE2S1E. When I'm running a video on youtube and the likes, it has to pause the whole time to load. I checked the performance on task manager, and both the cpu and the memory were not running high at all, so why is this happening? Thank you.

Message was edited by: username236

It seems fast enough to watch online streaming,

although mine buffers now and again on a 5 meg connection.

Have you tried watching streaming in Firefox or even internet explorer to see

if you get the same results? Is there a Chrome update available to try?

Do you have any other internet hungry applications open at the time in the background?

(e.g. Adobe update / Microsoft update / other software etc)

Youtube offer the following advice:

Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

Pause the video. Allow the red loading bar to load completely to the end of the player . Once the video has fully loaded, try playing the video again.

Are you connecting wirelessly or with an ethernet cable?
