    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi my laptop keeps saying it has failed to connect to a windows service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am running windows 7.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also my wifi does not work it will not detect and networks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have downloaded the drivers for the network card from the sony website but the laptop wont read the usb stick.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you try to do something it goes slow and hangs up like it has a virious. When i do a scan it says no threats found,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have set up some retore points and when i try to find them it says none found.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a serious hardware problem or do i have to restore back to factory when the laptop was new.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help will be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Lee,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
