VAIO VGX-XL201 Windows 7

Has anyone done this model & got all features of the vaio vgx-xl201 working.

Not fully tested all my output/inputs but everything seems ok but im currently having problems with my GFX driver not installed correctly making me not able to choose to resolution size into a HD or larger format. Ive only got 2 options & the larger size doesnt display correctly.

Ive upgraded the driver via windows update, also used the Nvidia website & also used the Device manager update driver option (which says i have the lastest driver) & still no joy.

Any help would be great from anyone who has installed Windows 7 there vaio vgx-xl201 :x]

Hey there, i have Win7 working fine on my Vaio XL201, however i only have a 32" Bravia screen so my 1164x768 or so screen resolution is not what you're talking about. I don't remember having to have to use any Nvidia driver, the one from Win7 did the job for me.

Everything else is sweet
