    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a problem with SVS1511v9r. It's crashes with blue screen, and error 0x0000007a. It happens few times a week, sometimes even two times in a day. I asked with this problem to service centre, all they have done is just reset my laptop to the factory settings. This error causes hard disk and file system injure. I have twice lost my information on computer cause of this error. What should I do? I calles to the support, they tell me go to the service centre, service centre doing nothing with my problem, just return me my laptop reseted to factory settings.&lt;BR type="_moz" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error says, that problem soft is ntfs.sys. I gues that a problemm is that sony damaged sata functionality reduced it just to SATA 2. And drivers now could not work properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR _moz_dirty="" type="_moz" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR type="_moz" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
