Image burn issue

Hi all,

I am having the image burn issue on my sony vaio duo 11. In my case the burn is visible when the background is grey and I work in the desktop mode (of windows 😎 for some time. I request you to please give me your help on how to solve this issue. Should I return my Sony vaio duo 11 which I bought 1.5 months ago?

In the image titled "IMG_20130326_092334.jpg" you can see the image burn at the bottom right of screen. You can see windows notification area there.

In the image titled "IMG_20130326_093357.jpg" and the others, you can see that there is a white bar on the top. The white bar is the navigation bar of google chrome which was opened and closed later.

I can see the image burns like these even when a youtube video is playing and there are black bars on the top and bottom.

I have taken all these pictures with my 5MP phone camera which is 3 years old. But to the naked eye it is clearly an eye sore and very clear.
