Playmemories can't recognize CX730E

I own a CX703E camera and so far I can't make Playmemories to recognize it and import the videos.

My computer runs Windows XP SP3 and they recognize the camera as a still camera (althought the right model is mentioned) and I can only tranfer the images from the windows scanner and camera wizard.

I have tried all different USB settings on my camera (MTP, Automatic, Mass storage USB LUN single and multiple) with no result.

Can someone help me? The memory vard is full and I don;t know what to do

Hello tatsapr - Welcome to the Sony Forums

For your camera, there was an update released for the PlaymemoriesHome software which may help rectify this problem. It was released at the end of November and it can be downloaded from here.

If you try this first of all, let me know if you have any success.
