Hi there

Try removing all the files in the list, then rebooting all devices and try the transfer again. I dont have a HAP-S1, but when I use FTP, occasionally the list gets stuck, which clearing them seems to sort it out. So it might just work for you too.

Cheers

My HAP S1 has stopped transferring from iTunes.

It an see that there are 31 files to transfer, but it doesn't seem to be able to pick them up, even when both the HAP and laptop are wired to the router.

I've checked in the Content Settings that the file extension is OK - I save the discs in Apple Lossless, which I have always done, so nothing has changed there.

The HAP is running 0018033R, and iTunes is 12.5.3, and I'm using a Virgin Media router.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
