Right earphone of WF-SP700N not working and reset wont fix it

HI,

I bought the WF-SP700N earphones last October and the right one has stopped working. I have tried the reset and that hasn't fixed it.

When i put them in the charging case, it blinks red but just doesn't ever seem to charge or work.

Any suggestions please?

I'm sorry to say repair is probably the way to go, so you may need to send the headphones to the Sony Centre in Pencoed if you live in the UK.

It's worth mentioning that the centre may not always be available, so check ahead by calling this number: 01656 867347
